I got exactly what I ordered, with no mix-ups or missing items. It was all straightforward, and everything looked about the same as it did on the order page. Took maybe a couple minutes to check it over, and yeah, I’m happy with it.

I had to return one item because I picked the wrong size, i have a low tolerance for messy return processes. Thankfully, buywow.com got back to me quickly and explained exactly what to do. I sent it back and had my refund within a few days without having to follow up. That’s the kind of service I expect, so I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

I had a small issue with my order from buywow.com and sent them an email, not expecting much. You know how it usually goes... you send a message and just kind of wait.

But they got back to me quickly, I think within about an hour, and it actually felt like they read what I wrote. Not one of those generic copy-and-paste replies. The person helping me sorted things out and kept me updated after that, which I appreciated.

It was just nice not having to chase anyone down. Simple, quick, and friendly enough. I’d definitely use them again

I got my order from buywow i’m happy with it. I’m a bit particular about scents and textures, but this one met my standards. The smell is fresh without being overpowering, and it feels really smooth on the skin, not sticky at all.

I was a little hesitant to order from buywow.com because my scalp gets itchy easily, and my skin can be fussy too. I didn’t want to judge too quickly either, so I gave the shampoo and body products a fair try over a few uses.
So far, they’ve worked well for me. My hair feels clean without feeling rough, and my skin hasn’t felt dry or weighed down. Everyone’s skin and hair are different, of course, but based on my experience, I’d say it’s been a simple and good purchase.

I ordered from buywow.com and the item did show up in good shape, so no issue there. The shipping was just slower than I thought it would be, not sure how to explain it, but it felt like it kind of sat in one place for a while.
The tracking also didn’t update right away, so for a few days I wasn’t totally sure where the package was. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the delivery side could definitely be a bit smoother.

The ingredients seem okay overall, but I wouldn’t say they’re really impressive. They’re kind of just average to me.

It worked okay, I guess. I did notice a bit of improvement, but it took way longer than I expected and wasn’t as effective for me as I hoped. What bugs me more is how companies always seem to have these little policy loopholes where everything sounds simple upfront, but if you need help or want to return it, suddenly there are conditions and exceptions. Not a terrible product, just not something I’m super impressed with.

Order itself was fine, but the packaging was crappy. The box had dents all over and one corner was torn up like some idiot drop-kicked it. Luckily the item inside wasn’t damaged, but yeah, it didn’t exactly scream “handled with care.”

Delivery was okay too, not super quick, but it got here without any issues. For what I paid, I’d say it was definitely worth it and I’d just use them again

I tried a promo on buywow.com and... the price was good at first. The only thing is the subscription part wasn’t super clear to me, so I had to go back into my account a couple times to figure out what was going on. Canceling was okay, not terrible, but it could definitely be a bit smoother. Overall not a bad experience, just wish the info was easier to understand.
